Mugwort! Atremesia Vulgaris

There is an older thread about how to get rid of this awful invasive rhizome propagating WEED...called MUGWORT.. aka Artemesia Vulgaris.. But I looked around the web today and it seems that: 1) skip the hand pulling because the bit left behind multiply like Mickey Mouse's "Sorcerer's Broom" in Disney's Fantasia. 2) " mowing" to try to deplete the resources of the rhizome helps.. 3) Some people smother or solarize .... with unreported effectiveness 4) the most effective herbecide seems to be "Picloram" ? I am wondering if anyone has used the product - that i think includes this chemical - TORDON RTU HERBICIDE available on amazon for about $32? Twice, now, I have used ortho "ground clear" in this area and perhaps I slowed the Mugwort down, but I am on a mission to achieve a better kill rate this year!
