Is HG hard to root?

Arlene: Brugman sent me a cutting and it seems to be rooting quite easily.

HG is extremely easy to root compared to the Culebra in my oppinion.

thanks guys. my culebra cuttings are still alive after about 3 weeks, this means i guess they are over the hard part? hoping so.

I take it this is the first time you have started Culebra cuttings? I would think after 3 weeks they would be fine, but you never can tell with winter setting in. I think I am through with taking cuttings from my own Culebra's. Glad I could help a few of you get started with them though as the Culebra is my favorite of them all. Now, if it was just in pink or peach....

fertilized them with osmocote yesterday...

Arlene,
I wouldn't worry too much. After all you have a wonderfull Culebra to drool over blooming at the house. Have you been staring at it all morning? I know I do whenever I have one I trully love blooming. Anytime any aurea is in bloom my wife has to drag me inside the house every hour on the hour till bedtime. Then of course I sneak out and watch them as soon as she falls asleep. Is this an addiction?

Brugman, love this weather and the moonlight, go out and walk around, check on them. they seem to reach for the moonlight!
