I have fallen for a lovely pot of sweet autumn Clematis . There it was making eyes at me as I stood in line at my favorite garden center ( Russells in Wayland Ma.) I have grown it before and it did well covering an arbor attached to my deck until one spring it just didn't come back . Here is my question I was considering growing it in a patch of winterberry holly o you think I'll be sorry ? I also wondered how they might do as a container plant?
