I've been searching for weeks for my copy of Better Than Store Bought, a book I've had for over 20 years. The recipe I really need is for almond brittle. I make about 25 lbs of this every Christmas, and now I can't find the cookbook.

Does anybody else have this book? I would be forever grateful if you could post the recipe. Meanwhile, I'm looking and looking and looking. I'll post this deeelicious (and pretty easy) recipe if I find it.

It's still warm and humid here, but as soon as we have a cold crisp day I want to get my brittle made.
