Not a perching bird- that is a chick, not a nestling.
Not a swimming bird - the feet aren't webbed.
That leaves a wading bird - it does look similar to a coot or moor hen chick, but it is missing the colored marking on the face/head.
What other wading shore-edge birds do you have?

I found out what it is. It's a Clapper Rail.
