Chafing dish appetizers

Does anyone have a good appetizer recipe that I can make ahead and keep warm in a large chafing dish? Christmas party coming up for about 50 people. As I'm usually running around like a chicken with it's - well you know - I need at least one recipe that I don't have to keep checking the oven. I'd be thrilled if it was one I could make and freeze ahead.
