We were sitting outside, drinking coffee, when this incredible bird flew to our feeder. It's a Painted Bunting, and quite outstanding! It's only the 5th time it's been
sighted in Oregon.
We got in the National Audubon Society!
I have always wanted to see one. ID was certainly not a problem! It isn't subtle at all
