Pete, i was going to ask you if you fertilize your brugs in the winter? mine had slowed down blooming, i went ahead and fertilized and lots are getting blooms again... good luck on your cross!

Well I followed everybodys advice and fertilized with Osmocote and gave them a dose of liquid fertilizer too. My brugs are blooming their little heads off and are loaded with buds. Every single plant has buds on it. I have the heat set @50*(night time temp) in the green house, no shade cloth. I have a Jean Pasco that just opened. Brugman...I crossed it with Frosty Pink, do you think that was a good choice? I don't have any doubles that are more than rooted cuttings now.
BTW, the seed pods I brought in from an outdoor plant are still maturing. I was surprised that they didn't fall off the stem, but they're holding on.

I have a cutting about eight inches long, sitting in a glass of water in my bathroom. This AM, I noticed it's forming a bud!!! Don't ask what kind it is---I got it from a neighbor who'd gotten it from another neighbor, and so on. If it manages to bloom, I WILL get photos!
