I love that horseherb spreads in my backyard where all else fears to grow. Does anyone know if it can be transplanted? (Maybe I should post in another forum.)
Horse herb
I honestly don't know. I would imagine if you got a small clump with roots and dirt and transplanted it to another location, it might work. Just keep it watered and provide some shade from the heat of the afternoon.
Yes it can be transplanted, just do as Stephanie said.
Surprise! Decided to do a very small experiment and transplanted a wee bit of horse herb. Within a day or 2 it looked very sad. And then I didn't tell my lawn guy b/c I didn't think the hh was alive. Walked by the tiny patch today merely to pick up a well thrown newspaper. Much to my surprise it was going strong! Plan to transplant more asap.
