This is a caterpillar isn't it? I found it suspended in a spider web. Length is around 20mm.

It appears to be a tussock moth caterpillar of some kind, but badly shriveled because most of its innards have been consumed by parasitic wasp larvae. The white objects clinging to the caterpillar's body are the cocoons spun by the wasp larvae after they emerged from the caterpillar.
