Hi,
Could someone tell me what insect this is please? (Found in Brussels, holes in pavement)
I thought it was a digging solitary bee but it seems that it has no hairs, so I thought it might be a solitary wasp instead?

These are wasps; look like something in the family Crabronidae - http://www.nicksspiders.com/insects/diggerwasp.jpg
