Making Turkey Stock...Now What?

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

Okay, I've had the turkey carcass simmering at a nice bubble for several hours to make stock. Carcass - doesn't that sound appetizing? LOL - Anyway, now what? Any ideas? I'm going to freeze it until I'm ready to make something with it (unless y'all have some stellar ideas I have other ingredients for right now, LOL).
