Northwest Arkansas - new bird to me?

I am really not sure what this bird is. We have a lot of birds migrating through right now, but I have no idea about this little guy.

This looks like an immature male Summer Tanager. What a great bird!

I was wondering about the tanager, but he didn't look right in my book. The link explains the difference with the first year male. Thanks!
