Cooper\'s Hawk?

Hello, I am trying to figure out what this bird is. Spotted in Oregon. Thanks in advance.

I couldn't figure out how to add another photo to the original message.

I think this is a goldfinch but I am not sure. Also, thank you in advance for those in the know!

If you want to identify a bird, you should get an app called Merlin Bird ID from the Cornell Lab of Ornithology! It's very good, and has been very helpful for me. I also just saw what I think may be Cooper's Hawk, but I didn't get any pics... :(

Yep, Cooper's Hawk, immature, for the first, and winter plumage American Goldfinch for the second.
