I brought a 1/2 bushel of chesnuts back from Uncle Daniel's farm, 2 weeks ago, I've have them spread out on an old screen door in the garage with the onions. I ate a couple raw last night and they are tastier than I remembered. What do I do with them? I would really like to know how to roast them, and I would love a dressing/stuffing recipe for them? And any other ideas too.
