Could anyone intensity or tell me anything about this Aqua insect? Growing fast now 1cm long, eats baby Aqua snails.

Immature dragonfly; may be known either a a nymph or a naiad.

It depends on the species - many commoner ones probably will top out at 30 to 40 mm, but a few can get larger...

It is good to know, and I feel better about accommodating for this random insect. Originally i thought it might be something vicious.
