Southern NJ, 12/8/15
Saw this bird last week. It looks like a song sparrow, but it's head is tinted orange. I'm not sure though if it's just the lighting from the sun.
(sorry for blurry photo, it's zoomed in a lot)

It looks like a Sparrow's winter plumage.
This is a male House Finch with the reddish face and brown streaks on the side.
Ditto to male House Finch
