No Bake Carmel Pie Old Charlies Rest. Type

Hi All!

I just put together my very own Daves Garden Cook Book from all the wonderful recipes on this board! But I didn't see one for Carmel Pie, so here is the easiest pie in the world to make...ready?

2 cans sweetended condensed milk
1 Small carton cool whip or whipped topping of your choice
1 gramham cracker crust

Directions:

Remove labels from sweetened condensed milk and place in pan of hot water. Bring to a boil. Slow boil 2 hours or if you are going to watch it all the time hard boil 1 1/2 hr

Let cool enough to handle...use a dish towel or oven mit Remove lids and stir if thick enough for you then spoon into crust. If not return to hot water and simmer another 30 min.

Spoon into graham cracker crust and let cool completely cover with whipped topping.

Your guests will BEG you for this recipe!

Variations: add semisweet cholate chips and pecans to the topping for Turtle pie
