Hi could anyone help with identifying this spider please, it was found in a pallet of wood shavings , many thanks

This spider is in the family Amaurobiidae (lace-web/hacklemesh weavers); it looks like one in the genus Amaurobius, see http://www.naturespot.org.uk/taxonomy/term/19518 for an example. They are not dangerous to humans.
