CLOSED: Inside house - roach of some kind?

I find a couple a week around the kitchen area on the floor dead. I've also flushed a couple American cockroaches that died over the past month or so.

I Googled them and yes it makes a lot of sense for these type vs American which is what I thought (based on the adults I found). We have dense woods behind us and a lot of vents on the roof. Next project! Thank you
