CLOSED: Eagles or ospreys?

Hi, I saw two UFRs while driving today, near Pittsburgh, PA. I think they are probably not Turkey Vultures (are they?). Are they eagles or ospreys? Sorry about the tiny photos!

Ospreys - longer, narrower wings than eagles or hawks.
