Need help finding this LawnScape Drainage outlet

Hi everyone! I'm having a difficult time finding this product made by LawnScape. It would fit perfectly on the end of my Sump Pump pvc line outside. Anyone know where I can find one? Or something similar? I don't really want a popup emitter mainly for the potential of freezing in winter. Thanks, Matt
