Is there a forum on rescuing fledglings?

I rescued two fledgling Starlings from my cat and don't know where they came from. I don't know what to do or how to do it. Can anybody help? Pretty please...

If it was anything but Starlings, or House Sparrows, in the US it would be illegal for you to keep the birds, other than the brief time until a rehabilitator can take them from you. Also, in some states it would be illegal for you to release those birds after you have raised them because they are an invasive. non-native species. If you intend to keep them, than a site like this will help.

Thanks Chillybean, I have them identified as House Sparrows. I found a rehabilitator in Ohio so I transported them. It was an all day job feeding and keeping them safe from my rescued cats. My DH also found the remains of their nest, laying in the side yard this evening. I'm an idiot when it comes to animals and kids (not necessarily in that order), what a mushy heart I have.
