please advise what should I do so that the rose bud wont turn black..i was so excited to see many buds sprouting. but so sad to see when the bud start to turn black which sometime fail to bloom.

I think your problem will be the constant high humidity.

Try taking the darken buds and open it. See if there are transparent tiny crawling white/ yellowish lice. If there are, its called "Thrips". I faced that before, even now with my roses. Usually the buds start darken, then the leaves start to shriveled. What these guys do is sucking the buds and leaves nutrients causing them to deform and fail to bloom.

I see no black spots in the pic, so your humidity should be okay.Remove the darken buds and the damaged foliage and spray thrips insecticide because these buggers will multiply in/under them and attack your other roses. The insecticide I use is "malathion + sulphur".Do the steps in the morning to avoid the rose being burnt ( insecticide+ sun = bad) and water your rose before you do it. Do this 2x a week. Dont forget to spray nearby plants, because Thrips usually comes from existing plants in the garden too.
