CLOSED: Spotted Towhee or Oriole?

Aurora, CO(Zone 4a)

I spotted this bird yesterday at the feeder. We've seen a couple of Spotted Towhees, and thinking this was what I had at the feeder, I squeezed off a few shots before he took off. I see now that the eyes are black instead of red, robins don't go to feeders, and my husband insists it's an Oriole. Can anybody enlighten me? Sorry for the poor quality.

Black-headed Grosbeak. Look at that big bill.

Often what it feeds on is an indication of what bird it is, BUT those birds will throw us off now and again. I've got a seed and suet eating Robin here. He has a hard time clinging to the cage, but keeps on trying. Western Meadowlarks on the platform... :)

Good Lord - the only image showing his bill is a face-shot. I kept willing him to pull his head into range. I wonder if, with my new more better camera, the new birds I'm seeing are new only to me. Oh you should see my Bluejays hanging onto tiny finch feeders in the snow, like kids on gym ropes. Thank you for your reply. These are beautiful birds.
