Are the stems woody? If so, it's a tropical hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis). If not, it's Hibiscus moscheutus, also known as hardy hibiscus.

Dana that Looks like my hib. Paramutabilis Terry's pink. Survived fine thru mild winters. Can die to ground and come back if winter not so mild.
