1st photo is probably the Best shot I have
2nd photo is the only other angle I have - when I tried to move around closer on the left, it took off
3rd photo - in this shot, the Hawk is in the upper left, an American Robin is in the lower right. The Robin was working the ground below the Hawk, and ignoring the Hawk even as it ripped-up its lunch.

I'd agree with Swainson's.
The robin knows it's safe while the hawk is well-fed ;-)
