Need help spotted Sandpiper?

Are both birds in last photo same bird bill appeared different in photo and the un spotted bird was a good bit larger. Are they spotted sandpipers I hope this comes out right every time I preview the pictures are in a different order.

All Spotted Sandpipers, except for the left bird in pic #4, which is a Solitary Sandpiper.
