Please help I'd small bird

I need help here please not that good at iding small birds. Not even going to stab at a guess.

It's a Flycatcher. That's as much as I am going to try. We don't see them often here, so I do not get much practice. :)

Yep, one of the Empidonax flycatchers. Almost impossible to identify which without sound recordings!
