CLOSED: Warblers

Willis, TX(Zone 8b)

Went to High Island, Texas Audubon bird sanctuary photo blind again yesterday - a few more birds than last Friday, but not many. This blind is on the Gulf coast, a bit east of Galveston and usually good for spring migrants.

1 and 2 - The first unknown bird came in with a Yellow Warbler and a male Bay-breasted Warbler.

3 and 4 - I saw this one a minute or so later so it might be the same one, but I don't think so. It appears to have a problem with its left wing.

5 - This one was bathing with a male Bay-breasted warbler, but doesn't look like a female.

Tennessee Warblers - 1,2 and 5 probably males, 3-4 probably a female.

Thanks so much, Resin. I thought maybe Tennessee for the first one. Didn't know they were all the same species.
