Confusion about red leafed hibiscus

I see acetosella has red leaves and one I have that is just beginning to grow, a maple leaf and also see what is called a red leaf hibiscus. Are they all the same or different plants?

I think they are all the same plant. I haven't heard of another hibiscus with those kind of leaves.
