I took these images back in Feb. 2015 when we had a rare 7 inches of snow for a couple of days here in Mississippi.

Female Cardinal
Goldfinch
Male Cardinal
Dark-eyed Junco

Images taken with a Canon XSi with Sigma 50-500mm lens @500mm

I love your photos. Makes me long for snow, long for the Cardinals I grew up with, and long for a 500mm lens!

Pistil...Thank you. We can share the Cardinals and I will even let you shoot with my lens...but you can have all the snow.... ^_^
Us southern folks ain't used to that white stuff.
