Is that a juvenile European Starling?

I saw this bird in Pittsburgh, PA. Is that possible to identify it? My first guess is a juvenile European Starling.

Yeah, I know. The bird was too far away and it was a little cloudy. Even you are not sure, some guesses will also be helpful. Actually I saw it pretty clearly through the telescope, but my camera is not as good.
