CLOSED: Vireo Maybe

I photographed this bird yesterday (28 Jan 2015) about 80 miles north of Houston, Texas in a heavily wooded area with mostly pine and some hardwood. It was flitting around so fast I only got one fairly decent shot. I think it is a Vireo and maybe Blue-headed.

Am I close?

I think you may be right. The lighting makes it hard to see the "spectacles", but the other markings match.
