raising soil temp with solar pool heat cover

Hi all . this is my first post . I am not sure this is in the right area even.

I have raised ( 2 ft tall ) garden beds. At an auction I picked up 16 ft x 32 ft solar inground pool heat covers . Is it possible to take the inground solar pool covers & put them on my raised beds to raise the soil temp ? Or useing the solar covers over my bed hoops so I can plant earlier.

It is normal here to not be able to inground plant until the beginning - middle of June. Any idea on how much earlier I can plant ? Thanks

I am not familiar with the covers. How do they work on the pool?
