CLOSED: Northern Shrike?

Saw this little one while out hiking in the desert landscape near Pueblo Reservoir in CO. I apologize for the small picture (I only have a 200mm lens). Is this a Northern Shrike? Thanks in advance!

Ah! So close! I think it was what seems like the dark streak near the eyes that threw me. I'm fairly new to birding, so I'm likely to make a lot of mistakes. Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.

I have seen Shrikes near the reservoir, but they are smaller with a more upright posture. The Mockingbirds have a very striking black & white pattern on their wings as they fly away.
