Yes, all the markings look good for an American Goldfinch. We have a leucistic one right now, but it has just a small white patch on the top of its head. :)

Probably yes, but difficult to exclude an escaped pet Canary!

LOL on the pet canary. With temps in the teens F last week, I doubt any canary would have survived.
