CLOSED: Gull Identification - Vancouver, BC, Canada

This isn't the first time I've been on here trying to get a gull identified. (Maybe not the last either!) This video was taken on the coast in Vancouver. I believe it was March when I originally filmed this. In the spirit of attempting to identify it before asking for help - would this be a ring-billed gull? I base that only on the black tips on the underside of the wings.

I really don't know gulls. Thanks for any help!
