CLOSED: Red-breasted Nuthatch or White-breasted Nuthatch?

I saw this tiny bird in Pittsburgh, PA this morning. It was too far and too small for me to take a good picture of it. Is that Red-breasted Nuthatch or White-breasted Nuthatch?
