CLOSED: Sharp-shinned hawk

I think I finally have a sharp-shinned hawk. Stinker would not turn around for me though.

Could well be. What diameter is the fence rail it is sat on, please? That should make a fairly accurate size assessment possible.

Funny you should use the fence as comparison. I was doing the same with older pictures of Coopers on the same fence at almost the same place.
