Why do they call foliage the bloom of the day. Rhetorical question so no sense in answering it.
They should have a random foliage plant of the day or at least name this the random bloom or foliage of the day.

Bloom:
1. A showy floral display put on by a plant in hopes of wooing a pollinator to it.
2. A waxy, white or bluish white coating on a stem, leaf, or fruit.
Yet it isn't
#1 - Floral
and probably stretching
#2 as I don't see Iron Cross begonia as being waxy
