CLOSED: Young Herring Gull? (Vancouver, BC)

I really don't know my gulls at all. Would this be a Herring Gull by any chance? Thanks in advance for any help!

I don't know what kind of gull it is, but it is interesting to see it up so close in video and to hear the vocalization. Great idea to take the video! I will be watching this thread to find out the ID.

Looks like one of those 'Olympic' Gulls - hybrids between Western Gull and Glaucous-winged Gull. That's the common large gull in the Vancouver area. Age, a first-winter (hatched this spring).
