ID please- warbler?

Fairly small, maybe 5", looked more yellow than the photos. At one time there were 4 in the feeder, but I only got a pic of the 2. Photo on the birdbath: I think is the same bird, but not certain.

These are American Goldfinches, winter plumage. Did you post the wrong pics here by accident, was it supposed to be the same pics as posted in the Birdwatching Daily Pics thread http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/p.php?pid=9948928 ?

Thanks Resin. I should have recognized the Goldfinches. I guess I just never paid attention to their winter plumage.

And, no, the other photos I posted yesterday were a different bird. DG user nutsaboutnature said it might be a Palm Warbler, but that I should ask you. The beak was thinner and it had the yellowish eyebrow.
