There are 2 birds in this shot.....I think the one on the lower right is a goldfinch but not sure about the black and orange bird. I was not sure I had even gotten the photo as they were so fast and gone!

Orchard Oriole for the black'n'orange bird.

Can't see enough detail to confirm American Goldfinch, or not.

I think I was wrong. Base on the size, it looks more like an American Redstart if the lower right is a finch.

Yep, that does look a better ident than Orchard Oriole, I misjudged the size before ;-)

I have posted this on 2 sites and have 3 possibilities. American Redstart, Orchard Oriole & Baltimore Oriole.
