CLOSED: Canadian spider please identify

I caught (and released) this spider in my kitchen and it left a weird clear liquid (venom?) On the paper. Is thisguy poisonous? Or am I just trippin?

Looks like either a wolf spider (Lycosidae) or a grass spider (Agelenidae); neither are dangerous...
