I am going to purchase another one of these own root variety, Marilyn Monroe HT. The one I had in the picture, died. I was heartbroken. Marilyn’s leaves are dark green and leathery. Lots of thorns. Every bloom was stunning, and she never failed to show off. To me, it is my favorite!
