This bird came to my suet feeder log this morning. I have seen adult Red-headed Woodpeckers at the same feeder that are about the same size and shape. Is this a young one that doesn't have its red head yet? That's the only thing I can think of, but it doesn't really look like the young ones in Sibley or Nat Geo.

As a non-expert, I believe it's a Juvenile Red-headed Woodpecker.
Thanks,
