I tasted the fruit and fell in love, simply HAD to grow this. Trouble is, I've killed two trees. Only have one more shot at it, so pls tell me what to do.
I purchased bareroot trees from a good supplier but one died in the drought from hell 2011 and the other never even reached bud break the following year. Soil is well amended but I'm clueless. help if you can. thanks. I feel like I would do a little better with established plants, but don't seem to be able to find any. If you have a source, pls share.
I don't want astringent varieties.
