CLOSED: Not quite sure it's a Nuttall's Woodpecker

Hi, I saw this bird in north California. Based on the information I googled, I think it's a Nuttall's Woodpecker. Is that correct? The range information says that Nuttall's Woodpecker can only be found in some tiny range inside California. Are there many of them?
