I was in extreme North Denver this morning, in an area with lots of trees and bodies of water. As I was hoping to spot a cool bird, I looked up and saw this hawk(?) soaring nearby. The photos are too out of focus to use for a print, but are hopefully clear enough for an ID. Please help?

Red-tailed Hawk. The single quote marks and black patagials are what I look for in these hawks because I cannot always see that red tail. Here's a picture so you know what I am talking about. It's one I found in a search, not mine. :)

I actually see those black patagial things in the photo. Hopefully, I'll remember to look for these next time I capture an image of what appears to be a bird of prey. Thanks so much. You've been very helpful.
